Products are offered while stocks last.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included.
They may be changed at any time but remain valid at the time of the order.
Delivery costs are shown before the order is confirmed.

4. Order and payment

The order is confirmed once payment is validated.
Payment is secured via Shopify (bank cards, Apple Pay, etc.).
Lalunia Store reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of a stock error, payment problem or suspected fraud.

5. Delivery

Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer.
An indicative delivery time is shown at the time of the order.
Lalunia Store is not responsible for delays related to the carrier.
In the event of a lost or damaged parcel, the customer must contact Lalunia Store to open an investigation.

6. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

The customer has 14 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal.
Items must be returned:

• unused, unworn, unwashed,

• with tags,

• in their original packaging.

Certain items cannot be returned:

• pacifiers, bottles, opened hygiene items,

• personalised products,

• gift cards,

• sale items.

Return costs are the customer's responsibility.

7. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the return, Lalunia Store will process the refund via the original payment method within 10 working days.
Banking times may extend how long it takes for the refund to appear.

9. Intellectual property

The site's content (text, images, logo, design) is protected.
